DMCA Policy for Floilo.com

Floilo.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), the following describes our policies and procedures for responding to notices of alleged infringement.

Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through the Floilo.com service, please notify our copyright agent as specified below. An infringement notice should include the following:

Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice with us. Include the following in your counter-notice:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number; and
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
